OK, ok, ok so this is not just another BS blog. I’m going to try to make it halfway decent. Just to set you up for the type of quality of writing…it will be full of typos, grammatical errors, and just really annoying, bad stuff. The point behind all of this is to force myself out of a bubble. I am terrified of this, but I think it’s the best way to keep me honest about my health. So all of you will watch me do it or not if it offends you. Much of what you will see here will be a daily diary of what I ate, how I feel about it and myself, and so forth. I resolve to weigh myself once a week so we can keep track. There will be (ech) pictures (NO, no naked gross things) showing the before, midpoint and after so we can see if I lived up to my own brand of bullshit. Oh and FYI, some cursing may be involved so avert the little kiddies eyes.
All of this will begin on Sunday January 7, 2018. More blog posts will come very soon regarding the tools I’ll be using to track the weight, activity, and my own musings. I am serious about this. I’m 48 years old and I need some change in my life. With some luck, this will do the job or make me hide in a corner. Either way, it should be worth a good laugh.
