I’m going to be using two methods to track my changes.

1. Activity – I bought a tracker called a Misfit Shine 2 Link. I thought about getting a Fitbit but with the Shine I won’t have to charge it constantly. It runs off a watch battery.

2. Food – I’m using something called iTrackBites. It uses a calculation between several different categories (calories, fat, etc). We call those Bites. I have so many a day that I’m trying to stay under. NO it is not that famous company owned by Oprah. This is their own thing and the calculations aren’t the same now.

Tomorrow will be the first weigh in. Tonight I’ll be posting the “before” picture (ugh).
