Seems I’ve gone a little astray in these last few months. July I was down 1.5 lbs, August was down .6 and September… yeah.. September. I’m up .5. While that’s not a lot in the grand scheme of things, today’s weight (and the one used in the calculations) was the lowest weight I’ve been down all week.
So if yesterday had been the “official” weight used for the monthly calculations, I would have been up more than that. The problem with “forgiving myself and moving on” is that these little slides can so often become big slides. So now I need to really and truly get moving so that October can show some momentum again.
